All our jewelry is handcrafted with care. Each piece is made to order based on the size and material specifications you provide, so production timelines vary depending on design complexity and material availability.

Production Time

- Standard orders (Sterling Silver, Brass, Copper, Nickel Silver, and Bronze) typically require 7–15 business days to complete.

- Orders with complex designs or higher craftsmanship requirements may take 20–30 business days.

- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production times may extend slightly. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping & Delivery

- All shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

- Shipping costs are included in the product price for all international orders. We cover the outbound shipping from our location.

- High-value or custom pieces are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or an equivalent reliable carrier, with full tracking and signature confirmation.

International Shipping & Customs

- Delivery times vary by destination.

- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

- Upon arrival in the destination country, local customs may charge duties based on the package value. Customs will typically contact the recipient directly using the information on the package to complete clearance. We are unable to participate in or control this process, and any such fees must be paid directly by the recipient to customs.

-Return & Exchange Policy-

All our jewelry is made-to-order based on the specifications you provide. As such, all orders are considered final sale and we do not accept cancellations or returns for reasons of changed mind, incorrect sizing from customer-provided measurements, or subjective preferences on finish.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund on a case‑by‑case basis.

This policy balances the bespoke nature of our work with fair consumer protection, and is structured to meet the requirements of our payment partners such as Stripe.

Resizing Service

Most rings can be resized, subject to evaluation. If the size difference is within two standard US sizes (e.g., from size 6 to 8), we can typically offer resizing for a fee, depending on material and design complexity. Larger size adjustments may not be possible. For resizing inquiries, please contact us for a quote.

Important: Material & Finish Note

Our jewelry features oxidized/antiqued finishes that highlight the depth of the craftsmanship. Oxidation is a natural characteristic of Sterling Silver, Brass, Copper, Nickel Silver, and Bronze — it is not a defect. If you prefer a brighter finish, you can use a polishing cloth to adjust the appearance.

Sizing Disclaimer

For an accurate fit — especially for rings — we strongly recommend professional in‑person sizing at a local jeweler. We cannot be responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided at checkout.
